Question about Canon MultiPASS MP360 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have received another printhead from another canon mp390, installed it, but the "wrong cartridge" message is still there. Is there a way to re-set or clear that message?

With the machine powered on. Just lift up on the entire top portion on the platen unit, lower the front verticle cover and the printhead should come to the correct position to change out the ink tanks, just tilt tanks towards the front of the unit and lift out.

It's worth repairing, That error on a Canon is saying that the printhead is bad, not your cartridges. The part number for your printhead is stamped on the side of the printhead could be QY6-0049-000 but I'm not sure.
