Find someone with a good electrical meter and have them test the sockets to see if there is any electricity to the burners. Also, check each burner and check for continuity through the burner itself. These elements can all burn out, I've see it happen. Be blesssed.
It sounds like the oven is not working as the electronic timer is in auto. mode. It must be in maunal mode for manual oven operation. Turn the oven on. Muck around with the buttons on the timer and try all different combinations. This may take 5 minutes or more. When you do hit the manual mode the oven indicator light will come on and the oven will work.
