Question about Kodak EasyShare Z1275 Digital Camera
I turn it on the green light blinks for a second then it turns off. The lens is stuck out and wont go back in. Before it got stuck out it would turn on for a second and the lens came out a little bit then shut off until the lens was all the way out now it wont do anything but blink the green light and shut off. Same problem. I have sent the camera back for warranty service twice and it still has the same problem after a month of usage. I am now outside the warranty period with a dead camera. I tried the solutions offered, on this site, but lens is still out and camera won't turn on. Time to go back to Canon . . .
**** a very common problem with most cameras. There hasn't been much of a solution for this problem except to try to wiggle the lens zoom while pushing and holding the power button.
Also make sure you have brand new batteries installed. Even the slightest dead battery will cause a problem.
