Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
Can you please help?...My name is Anthony and I canot get my CD/DVD disk player to work. It use to show-up on the screen with an option to play cd or dvd and how I choose to play-it. Now I get nothing on my screen and when I look for it in my computer under CD/Disk drive....it shows nothing in there. I also have DVD43 "smiley Face" that I install months ago and can not get rid of. I have tryed everything I no including Add/Remove and it always says that it is still running but I don't no how to shut it off or d
"DELETE-IT" I think it is the reason why I can do nothing with all CDs install to play. Can anyone help me maybe find a fix-it tool on line for free that will restore my CD/DVD player for my Dell inspiron B130 Laptop
Thank so much for your help
DVD43 is freeware and does not get updated very often. Although, there has been at least one update recently according to the threads I could find. I would try updating to the most current driver for DVD43 and see if that fixes the problem. If not try to remove the program again once the drivers have been updated. Some times a program will not remove through regular means when something in the program is corrupt. Hope this helps...
