Yes you can, what you want to do is right after you read my solution... rate it. :D but anyways wht you have to do is take out the filter underneath the bottom tray where the dishes go. and clean out all that yummy wet gross food from last week. it'll be all gunked up. that's stopping the dirty water from draining.
