Usually the following setup is required to Pair bluetooth headset with mobile phone. Your mobile phone should support bluetooth interface. 1. Put the headset in pairing mode ? Make sure the headset is off. ? Press the on/off/pairing button marked until the LED indicator light is solid blue. 2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ?discover? the Jabra device Follow your phone?s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a ?setup,? ?connect? or ?Bluetooth? menu on your phone and selecting the option to ?discover? or ?add? a Bluetooth device.* 3. Your phone will find the Jabra device' Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ?Yes? or ?OK? on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros). Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. In case of unsuccessful pairing, repeat steps 1 to 3.
1. I have the Jabra 125. You can get the manual at www.jabra.com if you have a different one. 2. Turn off your phone. Power off. The order of powering on devices is the key. 3. Press and hold your Jabra power button until it's glowing blue (not flashing blue light--but constantly on) 4. Then turn on your phone...and look for wireless devices in your phone menu. 5. Make sure you have bluetooth turned on. 6. the phone will find the Jabra, and then will ask to pair with it. passcode is 0000. 7. That's it.
Again, the key is the order of turning on devices.
Verify that your Jabra BT headset is turned on. You might need to "discover" the device as well.Your RAZR should have instructions on how to pair devices.
Use your Bluetooth wireless headset or car speaker to make and receive calls:
1. Follow the manufacture's instructions for your Bluetooth device to make sure it is turned on and "visible".
2. From your Sidekick, go to the Phone application.
3. Make sure your Bluetooth device has paired with your Sidekick device by pressing MENU and selecting Settings > Pairing. (If you try to do this and you don't have Bluetooth services turned on, you will be prompted to turn it on.)
4. On the Pairing dialog that appears, make sure your Bluetooth device is listed and has a key icon next to it. The key means that it's paired with your device. If it doesn't have a key, roll the TRACKBALL to select the device name, then press to pair. Once paired, press DONE .
5. Back at the Phone screen, press MENU and select Transfer Sound to > Bluetooth Device Name.
6. Dial your number and send the call. All sounds will be routed through your Bluetooth device.
