I heve checked the place where memory is entered
SOURCE: Granddaughter forced memory card into slot incorrectly and bent pins
A long pair of needlenose pliers, or possibly tweezers. As you've noticed, it's near impossible to disassemble the needles from the mem card housing.
SOURCE: Broken prongs where memory card seats.
Hey jarapo,
There are many repair centers you could bring your camera to. I would suggest either contacting Canon and finding an authorized service center in your area, or you could bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they could send it out for service. I hope this helps!
Sincerely,
Allan

SOURCE: the memory card slot is not accepting the memory card
CHECK TO SEE IF THE SMALL PROTECT TAB SWITCH HAS BEEN CLOSED ON THE CARD. IT'S JUST BELOW THE TOP EDGE. IF THIS DOESN'T WORK BORROW A FRIENDS CARD AND SEE IF IT WILL CLICK INTO THE SLOT. OK? IF YOU NEED MORE HELP, REPLY TO: ARCLIGHT1217.
SOURCE: I have bent pins in
At this point, you have two choices. You can send it in for service and you could try to straighten them yourself. If the bend is not severe, you could try coaxing them back into position with some kind of probe such as a dental pick or something similar. If you mess up, you still have the option of sending it for service. However, explain your problem in an e-mail to the service dept. and get an estimate first...you may decide it's not worth it.
