I HAVE A HC3820 AND AM CURRENTLY LOOKING TO OBTAIN A BLOWER. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE ONE NEEDED FOR THIS MODEL IS FAK-1500 AND I CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE! PLEASE HELP!

I need to find the Fak-1500 blower. i understand Lennox has bought out superior but shouldnt't there be a replacement version?

Honestly, go to www.grainger.com. Since Superior/Lennox Hearth/and FMi are all merging into one company you are going to have a very hard time finding replacement parts for older Superior units. Plus the new company, Astria Fireplaces, is going to be using FMI for their woodburning products so no more Superior products available.
If you bring the old blower to your local Grainger they can match it up. I hope this helps.

I'm looking for a user manual for a Superior Gas Fireplace model FAK 1500. I want to know how to take off the front glass as it has become covered in a white residue.
The fak 1500 number is for the blower assembly. I found this manual for a fireplace using the blower assembly. hope it is what you are looking for. Lennox has bought out the fireplace company and there are no manuals available under superior.

The number you provided is for a blower kit. However, I was able to find a pdf for you that should describe your fireplace. See this link:

The fan/blower only works on the high setting.
It probably is the fan switch itself. They are around $30. for a new one. You can take it out and check to see if you have power to all the settings with a ohm meter or test light. They are not real hard to take out.
