Question about Apple iPod touch
If you are under warranty or apple care, you should be able to go to an apple store and speak with an apple genius or your may be able to ship or send yours in and let apple take a look at it. Also, if you have hacked the ipod, jail broke it, or anything, I know that ; that can play a part in this. Also, If you have the app store, and you downloaded a beta, make sure that you go online on iTunes and read all the requirements. One last thing, jail braking and hacking the iPod ruins the warranty I was told.
One of my friends jail broke his and it busted and he could never get a new one. Don't know if thats true but try all the following and if all fail, try maybe this on the iPod by following the directions at this link:
Hope you fix your iPod, Its a fine piece of equipment.
Best of Luck, The Writer.
