Just solder in three 470 UF 50 volt capacitors on the power board. They recommend 35 volt but I used 50 volt and the monitor runs great.

There are plenty of examples on this website and I appreciate all the information they gave me.

My monitor is going on and off, even if its not connected to the computer. its stays on for 10 seconds saying no signal. then shuts off n comes on again right away for another 10 sec, ect.

matteson1914, If unplugging from wall outlet and then plugging it back in 1 minute later will not stop (correct) the problem you have, then I would suspect (as always) the "switch-mode-power-supply" has a serious problem. Whenever an lcd with CCFL backlighting starts doing very strange and weird stuff, I would suspect the power supply as the culprit and look at it first! If your display is a VL1918 then you WILL need to read all the other posts by clicking on "VL1918 (black) monitor" that is highlghted in blue. If you do any capacitor replacement make sure they go in (installed) correctly(++ - - ) and that new ones are rated for 105 deg cenitgrade (not 85c) If installed wrong they will fail immediatly and you will need to do-over!!!! 12fixlouie

My LCD Monitor is blinking on & off constantly

It may need a different outlet, if it is not getting proper power. Small chance that the video cable has gone bad, but more likely the monitor is damaged. But try those two things and call Princeton.

Will Princeton monitor VL1918 support NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE

Hi Alvie
I Just checked the specs on both the card and the monitor. It should work no problem. If for some reason you notice some lag or flicker in the monitor, go to this page and download the updated ForceWare graphics drivers.
