Question about Nintendo DS Lite
I think your responses are elementary and people are looking for propable diagnostics in a whole, not, "send it in to Nintendo". No S**T! Do you think they'd repair it for you? Come on people the point of this site is for people to work together to become more self reliant in fixing our products ourselves and stop throwing away electronics just because there is a bad fuse or something. I can't believe that 4 people said "blow air in it". !?

Are you putting them in BEFORE u turn the power on? i used to have a DS lite(then i upgraded recently to a DS i) and it wont read them if you put them in at the starting menu.

Believe it or not, most game reading problems can be solved by blowing on the contact points of the game itself(you may need to do this a few times to get it to work) or you can get a can of air(not sure what else to call it) and spray the game and slot as suggested by onefulnik. Hope it helps!

I reccomend getting a spray can and everytime you want to play a game spray the game slot and the game card

Use a air canister first in the slot. Secondly clean the contact on the game card ensuring that they are clean. If that does not work get the game slot replaced. Approx £25 of ebay
