Thermo overload switch keeps tripping

Your pressure switch that shuts off the motor isn't working causing the motor to overheat. If you think the pressure switch is ok then the motor may have a shorted winding inside.

I have a HP PL4245N plasma HD TV. sometimes while watching it just shuts itself off screen goes black and will not turn back on unless I unplug it wait 20 seconds and plug back. Then it works fine. it...

Hello
I thinks you may be right. All plasma and LCD panel tVs will have cooling fans at the top side. Plasma screens will heat up much more, and if cooling fans stops work, of has damaged, the set will overheat, and awill automatically shut down; because there is a overheat sensor fitted inside it, will sense the heat, and if the set overheats, it will send a signal to the main system control fo the TV; which in turn shut down the whole system. look fans for proper working. If not replace them. OK.

My pc is getting automatically switched off i checked my smps and its working fine.i got intel i3 processor and mother board DT55C

Intel makes so many claims that their processors won't overheat, but they do overheat. If yours is fan cooled, then check the fan, you may just need to replace it. if it's liquid cooled, check that. I don't know much about liquid cooled. I hope this helps.

My dv 5 gets so hot!

I have a HP Pavillion DV5 aswell. Your laptop is overheating, because something is getting in it's Fans. If you don't use a desk or cover the fans it will overheat. But your laptop is heating to a point where i think it's defective. Go see a computer technition and see what he thinks. My DV5 never heats up, so i'm almost sertain there is something defective. Goodluck.

Optoma projector overheat issue - fan comes on but switches off

Most projectors have air filters. Yours may need to be removed and cleaned. No air flow = overheat.

Transmission oil in coolant?

Trans fluid can get into radiator by the trans cooler built into radiator side, automatics...
Engine oil can come thru cracked block, head gaskets

Which oil is it? Either way it needs to be fixed.

Typically with automatic trans they can overheat and cause engine temp issues, because they cool thru the radiator using an in tank cooler along side.
IF you overheat the trans you CAN overheat engine
IF you overheat the engine you CAN overheat the trans
