Question about Crosley CAWC529JQ Top Load Washer
Been gone on vacation for 11 days when returned i started to do laundry and heard water. thought water from shower due to daughter was taking shower then realized carpet in hallway soak a nd wet water just running over. had to stop and turn control to spin to release water to drain and get steam cleaner out to soak up water. i was told it's a switch is this true or what do you recommend.
Yes it's your pressure switch. It is either bad or you have a clog in the line from the tub to the switch. Open up your control panel and find the clear hose that attaches to the switch. Disconnect it and blow through it. You should be able to blow through this hose with no resistance. Re-connect and try a new load. If problem persists change the pressure switch.
