How can I fix toner control sensor problem? machine recently moved and was working great before being relocated. Exactly where is the sensor located.
The error F2-00 which you are getting in your sharp copier is nothing to deal with any sensor problem.
the problem is as follows:--
Toner foam roller needs to be replaced, a messy job to say the least.
Its a good time to replace the developer since your vacuum will be running a lot. The foam roller lays at the bottom of the toner hopper, best time to replace is when the hopper is emptied.After you replace the toner foam roller and developer, reset and recalibrate the machine.

You have foam missing on your toner roller(gauranteed)which allows toner to drop straight down into the DV Unit. You will need a toner roller and the two end seals. The toner Roller NROLP1211FCZ1
The Seals are PSEL-0751FCZ1. Once you remove the toner from the hopper they are very easy to replace. DV replacement code is Program/Interupt/clear/Interupt 25-2 execute CA .

Hello sir; This model machine actually don't have senser,it control by a 5 pin connector it located in front of developer unit when you remove toner hopper (4 screw and one 5 pin connector) replace the connector.
Well either you have to get your hands to a service manual for your unit or take it to a service center.
I think this may be the right service manual, I did look around and there might be a same model TV around. But looking at the documents one of them is about a paper problem so this should be the right one for you.

you might want to email or contact manualsparadise first to check if the manual contains info about the sensor before purchase.
with the help of the service manual you should be able to find the sensor and either replace or solve the problem.

Remove the toner cartridge and reinstall it, then disconnect the power for 5 min's and see if that corrects the problem

I will give some simple to work it out ,kindly try it and provide me the status of it ,
1.Try first to power off the printer for about 30 minutes and unplug it
from the computer and the power outlet then check if its already working
2.If you're still receiving the error the machine is detecting the toner
that is connected to it, there's a possibility that the toner is bad or
something..
3.Its the problem of the toner sensor in the machine.as the cartridge is
not getting detected in the machine so this error,because the sensor is
moved it needs to be made proper or if the sensor in bent/broken it
needs replacement.
4.To fix: empty out the toner hopper. Examine the foam roller. If
you can see light down through the slot where the toner feeds replace
the foam roller, end seals, and developer. Refill toner hopper. Run sim
14 to clear code, sim 25-02 to set developer, and sim 24-5 to reset
developer count.

had toner cartridge out, cleaned everything, paper feeds (on copy) part way and then throws code, paper stops at printing spot in machine.
