Check the paper size on Word or Excel - it is probably defalted to Letter - change it to A4 and the problem should go away.

Code PC Load A4

This means that the printer is expecting A4 paper rather than letter size or whatever you are trying to use. Check your "Printer Options" on your computer and make sure that the appropriate paper size is selected. A4 is an international standard paper size that is 210 mm (8.27 inches) x 297 mm (11.7 inches) and therefore is just a bit narrower and longer than the American "letter" paper size.

To correct this, cancel the print job currently in the printer's memory, change the computer to the proper paper size, and send the print job again.

How to solve the pc load letter in konica Minolta Printers & copiers?

Is this what it's reporting on its display panel when you try to print? Most likely the paper stop in the drawer has moved or been changed to something other than letter; so the printer thinks it has something other than letter size loaded (probably got moved to A5) The printer "reads" the the drawer stops, it does not "see" the paper it needs.

Printer wont print. It keeps saying PC Load Legal. The printer has paper in it.

Well the printer is telling you to load "Legal Size paper, which is 8.5" X 14" paper.

More than likely, the application you are using is telling the printer to print the page on legal sized paper.

If you want the document to print on "Letter sized paper (8.5" X 11") then in the application, go to the File drop down and select "Page Setup". From within page setup's window, change the paper size to letter and then re-print the job.

Printer problem

Your printer is asking for letter size paper to be put into the main tray. If you have the tray set-up to legal or something else, reset the tray for letter. If you need legal or something else in the main tray, place letter in the manual flip down tray and press the "on-line" button on the printer to bypass the tray selection.
