Question about Sharp DV-NC55U DVD Player/VCR
i have bought a g-hantz home theater in the past but had to return it after 6 months as it was not reading DVD's properly(the image was freezing so they gave me a new one instead which behaved the same way so i brought it back after 1 month and they replaced it with a sansui home cinema (bulkier but great sound) and i have the same problem still. If i bring it back i can get a marantz pro tool but i am not sure now if the player is a problem or the dvd's
what do you suggest
SOURCE: will not read disc
As it's less than a year old the manufacturer's warranty should still apply.
Your player probably has a failed laser head unit; if you have to pay to fix this fault then you'd be better off just chucking it away and buying a replacement as it will be cheaper.
