Question about Xantrex Technology Statpower Prosine 1800 Hardwire Transfer
I want to run a 19 inch TV and a DVD player for a couple of hours in the evening from a bank of independent batteries. Not connected to the boats electrical at all. I have read and read, but still unsure of the size (1000 watt) and how many batteries I will need in the battery bank? This is a lot more complicated than I thought.
Thank you in advance for any help .

This is just a suggestion. I used my car jumper cable box. My jump box has an outlet for a cig lighter. I have one of those little converters i plug into and i just plug in the tv like normal. I got about 2 to 3 hours out of it. BUt again justa suggestion its stuff i already had.
