I own a 23 Ford t bucket,i had a new front spring and shocks put on and now sometimes when I take off the front wheels start to wobble and I have to slow down for them to stop, what should I have done

first check the lug nuts on the wheels. if tight raise the car and try to turn the tires by hand. if a noise or wobble you have bad suspension parts or loose part.

Front rt wheel wobbles

If it is a front wheel drive, check & see if the axle nut is tight, if not tighten to spec's, if it is you may have a defective wheel bearing or steering rod, also check the ball joints.

Front wheel wobbles

A bent wheel, a lost wheelweight, loose lugnuts, front end misalignment or any of a dozen other serious problems. Take it to an alignment shop, NOW, before you do need a new tire.

Steering wheel is loose and wobbly

If the loose motion is coming from the tilt part, there are three bolts inside the column that need to be tightened up.
Someone would need to remove the steering wheel to access the bolts.

My front left rotor is loose how do i tighten it

It would help to know a model at least. Chances are, if the wheel wobbles because the rotor is loose, unless you did something to loosen it, its may be a bad wheel bearing. To tighten that you need to replace it.
