Question about Electrolux Washing Machines

1 Answer

Washing programme keeps stalling

We have just moved house and installed our relatively new washing machine. Each programme we have tried to run keeps stalling and the start light begins to flash so we have to press again. Programme will complete but only if you are around to keep pressing the button every 3-5 minutes.

Ok, this is a basic control fault within the logic chip set. you will need to replace this faulty control board/timer in this case.the replacement of the control/timer will fix this issue.

Could this not just be a faulty pump, boards are arounf $200. Is there a way to test the pump ?

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!
