Right click on your desktop, go to properties, and navigate to the settings tab. There, try to set the monitors resolution to the largest available. That should fix your problem. If it doesn't just try some other resolutions until ou find one that works. I hope this helps, Yannick.

1.- remove 14 screw on back
2.- remove front cover con un desarmador plano pequeño, como si pucharas hacia afuera y luego al frente por toda la orilla.
3.- quitar la base es solo con un simple apreton y click y listo, sale la parte de abajo y luego aprietas la parte de arriba y estiras. y ahi vas a ver unas tuercas te puedes ayudar con una llave española o perica pequeña.
y listo.

This is the function that locks the OSD in order to keep the current states of settings or prevent others
from adjusting the current settings.
Lock : Hold down the MENU button for more than five (5) seconds to activate the OSD adjustment
lock function.
Unlock : Hold down the MENU button for more than five (5) seconds to deactivate the OSD adjustment
lock function.
