Crisper drawer support has fallen out

The crisper support rod fell off when I was cleaning the assembly on my Roper refrigerator. Now, I have no idea how to get it back on. It should go above the drawers somewhere, to support the glass, but if I put it in that notch, the drawers cannot slide on. I've been studying diagrams, but I am stumped.

The rod has to be inserted inside the front of the assembly. Take the assembly out, flip it over, and look for the small spaces on either side of the front of the assembly. Slide the rod in.

draw slide is mounted to the shelf bracket --either order new bracket or remove bracket [look how slide positioned on other side ] and try drilling and putting in small screw and nuts till you can order a replacement bracket

Then get a turkey baster and fill it with hot water. Insert it in the drain in the bottom and squeeze it cleaning the drain. Several applications will solve the problem, and do not forget the freezer side as well.

I have a roper RT21AKXGW00 refrigerator and water settles in the bottom of it and in the crisper draws, is this some sort of blockage?

I have the same model refrigerator and don't have a solution but I think I have more information on the problem. In mine, water will leak periodically from the condenser leading up to the freezer (inside the refrigerator, at the top, center, back of the main compartment). I have seen it leak and it isn't a constant leak but when it leaks it can pour out at a pretty high rate.
In mine, the water will collect in the deli drawer (near the top), the crisper drawers at the bottom, and under the crisper drawers. When it happens, I use a sponge to soak it up and wring into a bowl.
To minimize the impact, I have set up a cup or dish near the back of the fridge to catch the leak. I empty this every couple weeks or whenever it fills up, but I'm looking for more information on a fix (I think the problem has to do with the condenser - that's the lead I got when I found this post).

Can't get top crisper to go back in

insert the crisper at about a 45 degree angle (handle up) into the slot lowering the handle as you slide the crisper in. (this works for non-locking slides)
