Problem for 2wire (1000-200004-000) USB 1.1 Network Adapter

Panasonic Toughbook CF-29H and CF-30D Remote NDIS reinitialization.

When I try to download 2wire USB Remote NDIS Etherent. My computer saying that I need the dic I have a Panasonic Toughbok CF-29H and CF-30D that continually reinitializes (restarts) the Remote NDIS protocol when I connect to another USB device. Do you think the Intel Chipset (ICH4 and ICH7)could be the problem, or, is there a driver I need to download to make the devices communicate?

Thanks for the quick response. The laptops are currently using USB 2.0. Do you recommend downloading USB 3.0?

HI buddy its simply bcuz you need to download a suitable USB drive.
