Problem for 2wire (1000-200004-000) USB 1.1 Network Adapter

When I try to download 2wire USB Remote NDIS Etherent. My computer saying that I need the dic I have a Panasonic Toughbok CF-29H and CF-30D that continually reinitializes (restarts) the Remote NDIS protocol when I connect to another USB device.
Do you think the Intel Chipset (ICH4 and ICH7)could be the problem, or, is there a driver I need to download to make the devices communicate?

HI buddy its simply bcuz you need to download a suitable USB drive.
