I have a brand New Frigidare Affinity front load washer model number ATF6700FS1 and I have tried 4 loads of clothes in it so far and when it goes to the high speed spin cycle it bouncing around so hard that it walks away from the wall and turns side ways. I have it in a bare concrete floor and all the legs are adjusted level. I have tried small load and large load of clothes in it and it works great until it goes to the fast spin cycle. I dont know what to do. It will tear its self up if I keep trying it. I tried it empty and it runs smooth but with any clothes in it, it will not stay still. I vibrates so hard that it will scare you to death. Please let me know what to do next. These are brand new and I just hooked them up. I have exactly the same problem. I have tried on slow spin speed with minimum clothes inside and it is so unstable it feels like an earthquake in my house. I have ensured it is level and checked that it does not move when I try to shake it.
Hello gen0313 - From what you are describing it sounds like the unit could possibly have a broken shock/bearing or damaged tub. A certified technician will need to accurately diagnosis the bearing and pulling system behind the drum for repairs.
Hello zabbster - Typically the DR or DO error code indicates that the door switch is not closed. Make sure that the door lock is completely closed. If the door is closed, make sure the door latch is not broken. If the latch is broken, you may possibly need to replace the door lock switch.
