Having trouble signing in

According to me you can use "Forgot Password" option to reset your password (you will need to answer your security question or to provide alternate email address to send password reset mail). Is it just the sign into windows password or the hd bios password

if the sign into windows password its worth trying to start up in safe mode sign in as administror and i think ( not sure ) that you can then remove the password by changing user information
