I'd buy a packet of assorted fuses in different ratings and then try the main suspects for a blown fuse, by replacing one after another.

You don't say how wrong the jump-start connection was, but the task may be difficult. In addition to any fuse to some component that was switched on at the time, in one of several fuse blocks, there may be damage to the alternator, voltage regulator, or even the main ECU.

You may be forced to an auto electrician. Pick one familiar with your model, as he will have seen the problem before.

it depends on the size of the screws. i recommend to set torque as 100lbs for new bolts, 90 for old bolts

Why don't you pull one fuse at a time

If none are blown, then your sitution will
call for a different approach

Like the need for a wiring diagram
of just the circuit your working on

Get that off a local repair shops
data base,they should print what you
may need,even tell you the fuse number
which your asking here

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To lessen your search the horn fuse should be between 25 and 35 amps.
