Question about Sunbeam 4214 Iron
I purchased the above mentioned iron on 07/09/2008, it was working well at the beginning - I did not misused the equipment and followed religiously all instructions in the guide. Since more than 2 months I noticed that whenever I used the indicated amount of water to use steam on the cotton setting - the iron cools down - I tried it many times and the same problem occurs again and again.
Walmart refused to look at the problem and referred me to you. I have contacted several times the center for maintenance and repair at the tel. # 514-328-4849 which I have taken from your recorded tel.message, to describe my problem I got no reply.
Please advise as soon as possible.
Pls let me know what should I do
