Uh, so you mean 1000-2000 songs? Okay...

Generally, the ratio of storage capacity to number of songs is 1GB = 200 songs. I'd recommend an 8GB player for you.

How much this apple ipod 2GB(Silver)?

Compared to the latest iPod range it has 2 GB (same as iPod Shuffle). Although it has a display it has far less capacity than the iPod current nano. it is all larger and lacks a radio.
I would say it has a resell value of around $65/£45. maybe slightly more if it still looks new

No matter how small or large your music collection, not content with mediocre sound quality while enjoying your music. Using a combination of hardware and software settings of the iPod add-ons to your iPod pump up the jam like never before.

1. Change the iPod music equalizer. These changes and increases the sound from the iPod to better match a specific style or genre of music. Press "Menu" on the front of Click Wheel iPod. Go to "Settings" and press the middle mouse wheel. Scroll down and select "EQ". While the earbuds feature enough for everyday use, audiophiles cannot enjoy the limited range of buttons compared with headphones bigger and more powerful. Additional benefits in some models of headphones, such as blocking noise canceling ambient noise, also can help improve your iPod listening experience.

4. Connect the iPod to a stereo amplifier or iPod compatible. This adds low-range and headsets that many cannot create and is ideal for cases where you connect your iPod to share with a group sounds like a party.
Hi I have a wharfedale is73 ipod docking micro system and I cannot get my ipod classic to work on it. I have tried a different ipod on it and it works fine.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there are many ipod docks that are not compatible with the full range of ipod generations. Usually the case is that on older docks newer ipods dont work and vice versa.
Hopefully this helps

I cannot connect my ipod touch to my router how do i connect it?

First you'll need to turn on your Wi-Fi.

1. Choose (Settings) then (WiFi) then (turn WiFi on)
2. Set iPod touch to ask if you want to join a new network: Choose (WiFi) and turn (Ask to Join Networks) ON or OFF.

Then you'll need to join a WiFi network (your D-Link for instance)

1. Choose (Settings) then (WiFi) then wait until your D-Link shows up in the list of networks.
2. Select your network and if you have a password for your router make sure you type it. (networks that require a password have a lock icon next to it) then tap (join)

Once you join a WiFi network manually, iPod touch will automatically connect to it whenever the network is in range. If more than one previously used network is in range, iPod touch joins the one last used.

When iPod touch is connected to a WiFi network, the WiFi icon in the status bar at the top of the screen shows the connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.

Good Luck

How to get inernet on ipod touch

Go settings - WiFi. If there is a network in range, it'll appear on the list. If it's a password protected network that you're trying to use, and you enter the password, it'll autoconnect next time you get in range of it.

Do i need to be in a wifi area to get wifi on my ipod touch?

Yes, you definitely need to be in range of a Wireless router. I wish Wi-Fi was like phone service where you can get it anywhere you go, but that's not the case.
