I believe this one needs at least a good Detailed cleaning inside the case, and if that does not fix it, then a new motherboard.

If you want I can do a full Detail cleaning for $32, including return shipping and 90 day warranty.  If you need a motherboard, the charge is $52 including return shipping and 90 day warranty.

On switch button turns green and immediatley turns off again. My disc in the beggining stoped spinning eventhough i can here it trying to spin

Can you hear the fan spinning on the inside of the PS2? If the PS2 comes on, loads the disc, then shuts itself off, chances are it is overheating and shuts off to prevent damage. There is a small fan on the inside of the Slim PS2 that keeps it cool.

If you press the reset switch and it goes from red to green and immediately back to red without ever turning on, your motherboard is shot. ESD damage.

Faulty button, fuse. Try a new power cable, if that doesnt work then it will need a new on/off switch.

Ps2 not spinning and light turning green then back to red

Your PS2 is probably experiencing a short circuit on the motherboard or the Emotion Engine is burned up. Sometimes the fan goes dead and the PS2 overheats and shuts down showing the red light. You can open the PS2 and clean up the motherboard and maybe it will recover.

usually, there is a problem with a ribbon cable of power/reset switch. Try using a replacement ribbon of the same type.
