Just follow the steps.
open up the panel and back cover
take out the battery.
take out the keypad and other user removable components.
keep all the things on a slow heater like a television set for an hour.
that will solve your problem i suppose. thanks for using fixya. please

Try to insert any password in your phone 10 times to erase all your data and make your blackberry Tour 9630 unlocked. If your keypad still won't work after blackberry unlocking process, try to reflash your blackberry phone. Once again if still have same result, it should be a hardware problem in your phone and you need to repair that on nearest local mobile phone repair shop.

Can get blacberry tour to power up

You may have gotten the battery wet - either through direct contact with liquid or condensation. Open the back cover and check to see if the little white sticker has turned pinkesh/red.

Got my trackball a bit wet and now wont work, what should i do?

You might have damaged some circuitry, but can try cleaning the trackball with alcohol and a Q-Tip. You need to roll the ball around with the alcohol-soaked Q-Tip, then let it try. This will have the nice side effect of helping drive off any leftover water, too.

Blackberry Curve 8310 buttons dont work

what i do with phones is i have the screwdriver to open it (avail at ****'s, tandy, jay-car and even bunnings a torx5 or 6 i believe), and open the phone, clean it down with metho and a cotton bud mainly on the key pad and also the gold contacts. let it dry.

Few buttons wont work

My best guess is that you touched that area with wet hands and little water got inside and corroded the circuits. Regardless, the phone needs to be opened and cleaned on those buttons and on the contacts

Keys not working

if you havent tried this before, do a hard reset, take the battery out etc. if you have done that or if this doesnt work, run the application loader on the blackberry desktop manager that is on that CD that came with the phone.

double click the application loader icon on the screen and the application loader wizard will pop up....just keep pressing next until it comes to a white screen where it says no actions are requried....select advanced. select the first box that says erase all application data and select next. after that, select the fist butotn and the check box below that says automatically back up.

at this point, keep clicking next. its going to uninstall and reistall all of your data. it shouldnt delete anything unless theres a system glitch. but bassically youre doing a master reset. unless you spilled water on the keypad, this should fix the issue.
