Laptop freezes

first you should go into safe mode and get a start up manager program and stop the programs from running at start up ,clean your computer with all in one cleaning software i have auslogics boost speed, upgrading your ram would help making it faster, get rid of the unwanted programs you dont need, get rid of the unwanted files you dont need and go to task manager and stop the unwanted processes from running thats just a few things you could try so it wont freeze up and it will be faster i clean my computer weekly so it doesnt slow down bc everytime you go on the internet it adds files to your computer that you dont need after your done.
