Sharp 5316E how to enter code

Sharp 5316e Please help me. i can't enter any code in my printer. i put code than... nothing ther is something to press or to do before entering codes??? thaks for help. my system is windows xp professional i print even by windos assistance even docx and .doc files that size is between 500ko and 2000 ko. always when printing the photo or picture appears in the paper like grey rectangle. thanks a lot for giving your attention.
