Keypad unlock on motorola q9c

mine glitched like this, if you're patient enough let it sit for a bit, press the unlock and continuously press the A (star*) key over and over watch the screen untill the unlock screen goes away, once this receeds stop pressing the * and press start, or where start would be, it might still say unlock, now the start menu should come up, i would backup contacts (save PIM.VOL file onto storage card) and master reset the phone by hold the center key and the power, then follow onscreen instructions
