Cannot print in duplex

Well you have to get that option kit from a Konica Minolta dealership if they still have them. Sure the duplexer is installed just not plugged in would be attached to the right side door. will require two or three screws and a connector or two.

It was the same problem. To enable drop down menu open "Device Option" tab where you will see list:
Duplex Non Instaled
Tray2 Not Installed
Tray3 Not Installed
.........
Just double click on "Duplex Not Installed" and it will changes on "Installed" and Double sides drop down menu become active.

When you installed the driver did you check the boxes for the installed options? Plus you may have to check the box for saddle unit. Hope this helps.

SOLUTION:- Follow these steps. 1-First of all take a usb cable. 2-Connect its one end to Bizhub 210 and the other end to your computer. 3-you will see your computer will show a notification " Found new hardware". 4-Now insert the printer Driver disc of Bizhub 210 in CD-ROM. 5-autoplay will show at the desktop 6-Now click on "Install Printer" 7-Follow the instructions and install the drivers. 8-when the drivers are correctly installed you will see printer icon of bizhub 210 in "Printer and Faxes" at control panel of your computer. 9-Now right click on this icon and click on "Properties" 10-now click on "PRINTING PREFERENCES" tab. 11-select Paper size, i.e if you are using A4 size in bizhub 210 then select paper size=A4 from the list. 12-now give a print command.ctrl+p. of any document. 13-printer will start printing.
if still having problem, then please do check the usb cable, it may be broken. if there is any other printers are installed on your computer which are not in use then remove them/ delete them. use konica minolta bizhub 210 as a default printer.

Does your printer have an optional "duplexer" ?

It's an extra-cost hardware option to "flip" the paper over, and feed it back into the printer, to allow printing on the "back" of the sheet.

Buy the duplexing hardware, and connect it to your printer.

right click on the installed printer icon, then go to "properties", then in "printing preferences", check the duplex option box, and further settings

the duplexer may not be installed on the driver to chack this:
go to the properties of the driver on your computer
click start
then control panel
then double click printers and faxes
then right click on the konica bizhub driverand click on properties
click the options tab on the driver and under duplex unit make sure the drop down menu says installed
if it shows the duplex unit is installed then check the application you are using to see if it has duplex settings some applications have there own settings for document properties that you can change to duplex and the application settings will take over no matter what you tell the driver to do and some applitions will not allow you to make changes so duplexing may not be allowed

Have you told the print driver that you have a duplex fitted, also is the paper set as plain as any thick setting will cancel out the duplex function.

do you have duplex installed ? if you trying to copy duplex originals, you need duplex feeder.. in main displey the left tab is dupleks printing, if you have there options 1 -1; 2-1; 1-2; 2-2 then you have a duplex installed and you can copy/print duplex. also in driver menu there is a option duplex, wath you have to choose if you printing.
