forget frontpage.. it is useless, download Kompozer, it is much much better at designing websites than frontpage, alot easier to use and free because it is an Opensource product!! go to www.kompozer.net this is a top product and im using it and have used it to design previouse websites. enjoy!
There is no legal website you can use to download any of the microsoft office products for free but however you can use someone you know's Office Disk :) Dont want to go into too much detail as its not really legal ;) hehe
