Nokia7610 keypad problem


Possible that there is some moisture condensation on the pads that seems to cause the issue. So you can open the phone and remove the pads to clean the pads and the board. Set them back after drying, maybe the use of a hair dryer will help.
If this wont work there are errors on the control pads.

This is possibly a firmware problem

You will need to "hard reset" your phone .

To do this; Ensure the handset is turned off.then press and hold the following keys and turn the handset on.

*,3 and Green buttons.

This handset will now reset to the default firmware configuration and all data will be deleted.

Nokia makes newer phones. If u switch carriers you might get one for free. Or you can re-up and get a new phone ..its quite simple actually.
