Question about Philips 42PFL3603D 42 in. LCD TV
After turning off my Philips 42-inch LCD HDTV, I turned it back on a few minutes later. The "Philips" startup screen displays on the TV...and nothing else. It just sits there. Furthermore, I can't turn it off with the remote, OR the power button on the TV. I have to unplug it. The problem persists after plugging it back in.
A professional. -These electronics go threw a self diagnostic when they start up, normally they turn off when they find a problem.
