Error codes....10822!!!

10822 An error code I get anytime that I download a file and try to run it.  All are freeware from mac website. Also, I installed World of Warcraft, and when it logs on to get the patches, it says there is already an instance of it installing, and then the patch stops. Every time I try to open a freeware download, it says "Error 10822" and I don't know what it means... I downloaded a freeware game before and it worked perfectly on my mac. I play it many times and it always works smoothly, but today, the game said "Error 10822" and it didn't open today along with a large amount of other installed freeware games. I recently installed more games, and they did not work today either. Please help...?
