Question about Philips SA3285/02 Digital Media Player
Hi The memory of my gogear sa3285 is full so when i turn it on he refuse to work and it tell me that i have to free space and connect to a computer. But Computer can't recognize the pilot driver since it is full.I have tried to delete the driver and reinstall it but same situation. I also tried to another computer same situation. How could reformat the gogear or how it would be possible to fix the situation Thank you very much
Are you able to delete songs in the MP3 player itself? If so, try deleting some and then try connecting again.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
