Problem for Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 Cellular Phone

Samsung SGH-a707 solid red screen and says download! PLEASE HELP!

I have a Samsung SGH-a707 cellphone. When I tried turning it on the main display turns a solid red and the front display a word appears "download" what does this mean? and how in the world do I fix it? My Sync got wet about 5 days ago - dried it all out and was working fine til today when I tried to charge it. Now it says download on the front display and the main display is a solid reddish pink.

You need the usb for the phone some programs and software.

do you have the usb cable? if no.. to procede is useless.
