You may have a new device that is bringing up this blue screen. start your system on safe mode and uninstall any hardware of software you have installed recently or use the system restore to revert your windows to an earlier date prior to the this problem. but remember that system restore works only when you have a major restore point or you have created a restore point in the past. if this fails, you may want to repair your windows installation by reinstalling it and choosing repair option. Cheers!

Blue screen frequently appears, and it reboot by itself? pavillion g7-1070us

A blue screen often called Blue Screen Of Death, BSOD, indicates that something is wrong with the computer. Usually it is a driver that is not correct or corrupt.
You need to specifically identify that the BSOD message is. If the system reboots before you can read it, boot the system while hitting F8 many times per second until you see a black and white screen with a number of options. Towards the bottom will be one regarding automatic restart on error. Uncheck that option. Now the BSOD will stay on the screen and you can post the stop code here to get help.
I hope this helps. I do this for fun & feedback not $$$

I can't get my computer to reboot i got a blue screen and everytime i try to reboot it gets to about 10% and then the blue screen pops up. how do i resolve this problem?

You are having what is called a BSOD(Blue Screen Of Death). Usually it is software related but in your case if it's not booting up then you have a hardware malfunction. Check your motherboard for any missing cables. Chances are you will have to get a replacement for your motherboard.
Have fun :)
