Question about Samsung BlackJack II Smartphone
Blackjack contains all my Contacts. Lost my hard drive on home PC, now restored.. but cannot upload 'Contacts' from Blackjack back into MS Outlook on home PC? Is it an Outlook problem?
You probably need to reload the drivers for your phone onto your computer.
Here is a link to the samsung download center. choose your provider and phone and click
Once the drivers are loaded it should hook up and communicate with your phone.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Mar 02, 2011 | Apple iPhone Smartphone
Open iTunes on your computer.
Plug in your iPhone to your computer just as you would to sync it normally.
Locate the iPhone in the "Devices" column at the left of the iTunes application window.
Right-click (Ctrl + click for Mac) on the iPhone icon in the "Devices" column and select "Restore From Backup." Select one of the backup versions from the drop-down menu and click the "Restore" button. This will restore any contacts that you have lost since your last sync in iTunes.
Eject your iPhone and go to your contact list on it. Any lost contact or contacts should be restored to your list.
