We use the both the 425 and 475 solo sprayers most days at work and when they start to lose pressure ( after 6 months of daily professional use) we purchase a complete seal kit and put it through them. The only part I can't work out how to remove is the inside cylinder, other than that everything else is easily removed and replaced.

I e-mailed Scotts about this and this was their reply. I called this company and they shipped it right out to me. No hassles!
The Fountainhead Group manufactures that sprayer; they handle parts requests and provide technical assistance. Please contact them directly at 1-800-311-9903, or http://thefountainheadgroup.com.
Hope this helps!

The pumping mechanism should unscrew from the plastic bottle. Push the handle all the way down and try to unscrew the pump while holding the bottle steady.

The Ortho Tree and Shrub Sprayette has a fixed mixing jet set to a 24:1 ratio. 5.3 ounces of spray concentrate in the jar will mix to produce 1 gallon of diluted spray. The jar has a capacity of 42.7 ounces, so you can spray up to 8 gallons with 1 filling. If you look at the side of the jar, you will see two filling scales. On the left is the diluted spray capacity, and on the right is the concentrate scale. So you will see 8 gallons opposite 32 ounces, for instance.
You must dilute concentrates to the 24:1 mixing concentration. So if your concentrate says 1 ounce/gallon, and you want to spray 6 gallons, put in 6 ounces and add water to the jar to the 32 ounce level.
