Motor won't start

I am having the same problem. I tested the board with a voltmeter and insured that electricity was being delivered to the motor when the switch was on. That works on mine. So...I tried to find this thermal switch....most people say it is on the left side of the motor. I may be there, but my motor has a thick plastic case there and I can't figure out how to remove it.
