Is this the original tabeo or the E2(8inch)

If you look at the First picture on the TABEO User guide it is a little hole next to MicroSD slot on the side of the tablet

But first, contact Tabeo and try to convince the company to repair it for free (even if you didn't get a warranty) because it is claimed to be a "kids" tablet, so that means it should be "child proof"!

either the charger need to be replaced or the adapter on the tabeo need to be replaced

The parental controls server needed to set this up is down. I've been in the information technology business for a long time, and this is extremely hard to believe that they made something that has this glaring problem. If their server is down, it's not going to work, and they don't have any backup server to replace it. I'm returning my Tabeo today (as I understand a lot of people are doing). I don't want my kid to have to depend on it if they want to use their tablet. It's bad enough that they got it for Christmas and all they can use if for is a paper weight so far.
