Panasonic DMR-E80H I kep getting "Change Disc Error." Someone suggested downloading the firmware from the Panasonic website. I got the firmware update from the website and have copied it to a CD. Now what do I do?

This happened to me. I bought a new hard drive. Just got it today! It must be the exact same one. Maxtor, 80G 133.

Type in the above HD and you will find it. Once you get it and install it, it will automaticly format itself.
