Question about Veo Advanced Connect Webcam
When I plug in my cam the new device pop up comes up recognizing the cam but nothing comes up on my screen. do I need to be in a certain program to use the cam or is it that i do not have the driver and if its the driver where can I get one?
When the new device pops up, it should tell you if it installed the device and if the device is working. If it did, the it should be listed in Windows Explorer similar to a disk drive. If it is there and you click on it the the right side of Windows Explorer should display the camera view.
If there is no camera in Windows Explorer, then go to control panel and see if you can find it there. Depending on your Windows, look under Imaging Devices, Devices and Printers Camera & Scanners.... If there is no listing for it, the driver did not install. Locate the driver for the camera and install it.
