Question about Canon PIXMA MP610 InkJet Printer
Have a Canon Pixma MP610. Screen states that there is a paper jam in rear of unit. No paper jam found. When turning on printer, paper is fed through, but stops short of clearing. Have to manually pull it out. Cannot get rid of rear paper jam message. Have tried to clean rear rollers from printer request, but is over-written due to paper jam. Help...
Look for a small piece of paper that may be stuck in the switch indicating a paper jam.
