I don't sonsider myself a "Game Man" but most of these programs are long and they require lots and lots of RAM. Where are going with 512 MB of RAM probably 100-130 Mhz. I don't think that you can play hardly any game (and fast) unless you have enough RAM. My thought is that you need at least 1-2 GB of min. 400 Mhz or more if your machine will do it. You are lucky, it works this well. Has PCCHIPS said that this version of the MB is intended for "Gaming"? I will contact PCCHIPS and ask them. One thing is for sure. You cannot play any speed or any length unless you have enough RAM. RAM is the temporary place to put the results and continue until they are needed again. Please get back to me and tell what happened... This is the way we get graded.

Hi, When my computer works on battery, I every time get a BSOD with the message Kernel-Data-Inpage-Error. It appears totally random, it's not just when I run a specific program. The first time it happened...

This seems like a OS problem. I am guessing you are using Windows but no matter what OS you are using, if Kernel is giving errors, reinstall the OS. This is not a hardware problem so running checkdisk or reinstalling drivers etc is not going to help.

I don't know if you mean Cabal the online game... but in this case do the following:
Lost World patch (this will update your game from Lord of War, to Lost World, which is the latest update for Cabal EU) - this will update the game from version 418 to 430. 1) Download the manual installer here -> 2) Run the executable file, and when being asked for a folder where you wish to install the All in One, click Browse and select your Cabal game folder (for example : C:\Program Files\\Cabal Online (Europe))
hope it helps

Locks up

hi my name is wesley. please run a virus scan because about two months ago i had the same problem with my games and it waz a virus that infects 1 specific file in all the games that you play so that the next time you play them they glitch an shut down in the first few minutes. after checking for virus re-install 1 of your games and try to see if it works but before you re-install move all your saved files to a different folder to keep until you have installed agen then you can put them back so you dont lose saved game data.

Microsoft has answered this error. I'll list the link from MS's site.
Follow their instruction to help find the cause.
Ignore the references to win 2000. It's mentioned because win 2000 uses the NTFS file system, just like Win XP home & Pro.
From what I have read I would suggest you make sure you're antivirus software is updated & run a full system scan first.
Than follow MS to run chdsk.
If you need to test you're memory I suggest a free program.
Go to this link. Scroll down until you see three screen shots. Just below them is, ** Memtest86+ V2.01 (21/02/2008) **
You have the option of creating a bootable CD disk,
file: Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip) or a bootable floppy disk, file: Download - Pre-Compiled package for Floppy (DOS - Win)
Either program will test you're memory for error's without you having to remove a DIMM.

Good luck etheros!
If I can be of more service, just ask.

Kernel data inpage error

It is best practice with a used computer to completely format and
clean-install Windows. In your case, this is what you definitely need to
do after performing some hardware diagnostics. Here are links that will
show you how to do a clean install and what you will need on hand:
