Unable to play eGAMES with new Acer monitor

I had been able to place these games (Mahjong Master 5) with a prior analog monitor. Within the past 6 months, I purchased an Acer P221W monitor to work with my Dell system (has display adapter Intel 82845 G/GL/GE/PE/GV graphics controller) and am unable to display this game. Error message indicates that I need a 3D video card. No sure why it worked with the prior analog monitor but not with a new digital monitor. Please advise. Thank you very much.
