Need to replace door gaskets

Emmie,

There are two gasket options for that model! If you have your unit's serial # we can ID the exact gasket you need. Replacing your gasket is a simple process and it looks that your gasket is a simple snap in option. Here's option1 http://www.coolergaskets.com/turbo-air-gasket-25-1-2-x-53-1-4-1/ & Here's option 2 http://www.coolergaskets.com/turbo-air-gasket-25-1-4-x-53-1-4/

It looks like both gasket options are made out of the same profile material but the dimensions changed per when the unit was manufactured. Double check your existing gasket's dimensions to determine which option is the best for you. Or shoot us an email or give us a call with your Model and Serial # and we can narrow it down for you.

I have a Turbo Air 49SD that the manufacture recommended amount of refrigerant charge is 12.7oz R134a. When I weigh in that amount, why does it appear to be undercharged. The suction line keeps freezing up...

since you did not supply the entire model number, don't know if this is a cooler or a freezer. if a freezer, -10 is good. if a cooler, not good. could be multiple reasons for low pressure if a cooler. you should also consider the high side pressure too as this can also help indicate a short charge. more info is needed to continue.

I have a commercial freezer and I just replaced the gasket. Its the exact fit for this model and didnt have any problems installing it. When I close the door it wont stay shut in other words the gasket...

this is happening because of the new gaskets, what you do is lay something against the door or doors overnight and tomorrow they will be great. hopw this helps.

Looking for the white plastic clips that shelf hangs on.

Give Rick a call at Restaurant Parts and More. Turbo Air also makes Master-Bilt. Rick can probably get what you need. Just have the model and serial. He's good at this stuff. 1-888-814-1110.
